Established in 2022

Owners Kristi Rieger and Marc Madison started GMT because we have been there. Long time cross-country and track coaches and now meet managers ourselves, we understand how important it is to find someone experienced to assist with the most stressful part of any running event.  We can help you with anything from timing, ordering bib numbers, putting together packets, finish line/start line truss, signage, pennant, stakes, flags.  Whatever you need, GMT can help be sure your event is a success.​

Our Team

Kristi Rieger
Co-Owner

An avid runner herself, Kristi was the Head track and cross-county coach at Roosevelt High School from 1996-2008. Kristi currently works for the National Scholastic Athletics Foundation as the Director of Events.  In addition to her role as the meet director for the Nike Indoor Nationals and Nike Outdoor Nationals, the high school national track and field championships, Kristi is also the Nike Cross Nationals Heartland Meet Director. 

Marc Madison
Co-Owner

Marc was a cross country and track and field athlete at Sioux Falls Lincoln HS and coached both sports at Sioux Falls Washington HS and Sioux Falls Roosevelt HS for 18 years.  Marc is currently a high school math teacher (30+ years) and is the assistant meet director of the Nike cross country nationals heartland region meet.  Marc along with his wife have 3 adult kids and he currently lives in Sioux Falls, SD. ​

JT Nelson
​​Marketing/Graphic Designer/Staff

JT graduated from South Dakota State University and is the brains behind any of the graphics and marketing  on our team. JT has over 25 years of experience designing t-shirt designs and logos in the Sioux Falls area and was a competitive runner in high school at Garretson. As he puts it, 'I love being involved again in a sport I loved so long ago'.
